Logan from WINK 96.9 FM calls her the “fairy godmother” of every stray, lost cause, and last-minute plea for help—and honestly, he’s not wrong. If there’s an animal in need, Charlene is already halfway out the door before anyone even finishes the sentence.

She supports incredible organizations like Pets for Vets and Wolfhound Legacies, and this year, she jumped in to help Jason Jones from 92.5 Fox News with his “10,000 Holiday Cards for Troops” project—because if it lifts someone’s spirit, she’s in. She’s covered vet bills for rescue shelters, teamed up with Logan and Sadie from WINK FM for charity dog wash events, and never once hesitated to get her hands dirty if it means helping someone who can’t help themselves.

To Charlene, no veteran should feel forgotten, and no animal should ever feel unwanted. And if she had it her way? Every single one of them would have a safe place to land.
